Our work covers the registration of trademarks, copyright, and designs and the prosecution of patent applications, along with the filing and defending of oppositions, rectification, and cancellation. When rights are infringed we bring and defend infringement and passing off actions, obtain and resist injunctions, act in domain name and online marketplace disputes, and protect trade secrets and confidential information against misuse by former employees and business partners. We act for brand owners against counterfeiters and for parties wrongly accused of copying.

We also draft and advise on assignment, licensing, franchising, and technology transfer agreements, and on the intellectual property terms in employment and business contracts. The first step in most of these matters is establishing clear ownership of the right, and we build the case from there, through the civil courts, the registries and appellate authorities, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, and the Supreme Court of India on questions of importance.
