On the disputes side we act for flat and plot buyers against builders under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 for possession, refund, delay compensation, and defects, and we defend developers where the claim is not made out. We also handle title and ownership disputes, suits against encroachment and unauthorised construction, specific performance of agreements of sale, partition of ancestral property, and disputes between co owners and legal heirs.
We advise on stamp duty, registration, and the correct form of documentation for a transfer, and we act in disputes over cancellation of documents obtained by fraud. These matters are taken before the authority under the Real Estate Act, the civil courts, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, and the Supreme Court of India where the question and the value call for it.
