For employees our work covers wrongful termination, dismissal, and removal, disciplinary proceedings and departmental enquiries, charge sheets and punishment orders, suspension, promotion and seniority disputes, denial of increments and allowances, transfer disputes, and pension, gratuity, and retirement benefit claims. For employers we advise on the correct conduct of enquiries, the framing of charges, compliance, and the defence of claims brought by employees and unions. We appear before the Central Administrative Tribunal for central government servants and the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for state servants.

On the labour side we act in industrial disputes, retrenchment and layoff, closure, and disputes under the Shops and Establishments Act, provident fund, employees state insurance, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, and standing orders, before the labour courts, industrial tribunals, and the authorities under these laws. Service cases usually turn on procedure and the record of the enquiry, and we prepare them with that in view, carrying them by writ to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati and by appeal and special leave to the Supreme Court of India.
